VEGA PRESENTS SOYFIT - SOYA PANEER CHILLI RECIPE ..!!



                                                       Soyfit-Soya Paneer Chillli

Sr.No Ingredients                            Quantity Quantity
1        Soyfit Soya Paneer                 1 Packet      200gm
2       Ginger and Garlic Chopped         1tbsp 10 gms
3       Spring Onion                              1 small 30 gms
4       Soya Sauce                               21/2 tbsp 30 gms
5       Corn flour                                        3tbs 30 gms
6       Oil                                              21/2 tbs 30 ml
7       Chopped Green Chilles              1-2 nos 1-2 nos
8       Salt                                             To taste To taste

  Method : 
1.Cut Soya Paneer into cubes.
2.Heat oil. Add spring onion, ginger ,garlic and chilli
3.Saute. Add soya sauce and some water and boil.
4.Add cut pieces of paneer and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 min.
5.Add corn flour which has been dissolved in some water 
6. Serve with rice or noodles.

2      Chana DAL                                              50 gms
3      White Bread(No Crust)           3 slices
4      Chopped Onion                    1/2 Medium     20 gms
5      Grated Ginger                               1 tbs       5 gms
6      Garam Masala                            1/2 tbs       2 gm
7      Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 1/2 tbs     10 gms
8      Chopped green chillies           1-2 nos    1-2 nos
9      Oil /Butter                                 1 3/4 tbs      20 ml
10      Salt                                          To taste      To taste
   Method : 
1.Boil Chana Dal for some time so that it is not sticky.
2.Mix grated soyfit soya paneer ,chana dal, ginger,onion,bread.
Coriander leaves and chilles ,pass through mixer.
3.Add garam masala and salt and mix it well.
4.Clean skewers and put mince on it cooked in tandoor.
5.Served with onion ,mint and chutney.

2 Tomato                                       1 Medium 40 gms
3 Onion                                      1/2 Medium 25 gms
4 Corriander Leaves                       1/2 Cup 40 gms
5 Pudina Leaves                                1/2 cup       40 gms
6 Haldi Powder                                 1/2 tbs 3 gms
7 Finely Chopped Green Chilles 1-2 nos           1-2 nos
8 Chilli Powder (Optional)           1/4 tbs 1.5 gm
9 Curds or (1/2 Lemon)                    1 tbs 12 gm
10 Oil                                                    2 tbs 25 gm
11 Salt                                                To taste To taste
   Method : 
1. Heat oil in Pan .Add oninon and fry till soft.
2. Add tomoato ,haldi,chilli powder, salt ,green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Stirr for 2-3 min on low flame.
4. Add grated soyfit paneer. Mix well .Cover and heat on low flame for 5 min.
5. Remove lid .Raise flame . Add pudina leaves and curds.Stirr for 2-3 min and served.

Soyfit-Soya Paneer Pulao

2 Rice                                                              250 gms
3 Chopped Onion              1 Medium 50 gms
4 Carrot                               1/2 Cup 40 gms
5 Peas, beans chopped 2 1/2 tbs each 30 gms
6 Garam Masala                                               2 gms
7 Chopped Corriander         1/2 tbs 10 gms
8 Cummin Seeds                 1/4 tbs 1 gms
9 Oil                                           4 tbs 50 ml
10 Salt                                      To taste To taste

  Method :
1.Soak rice.
2.cut carrot and beans into small cubes.
3. Cut soya paneer into small cubes.
4. Heat oil cumin seeds. Add garam masala (whole) and chopped onion.
5. Add vegetables .soyapaneer and salts.
6. Cook for 3-4 min. On low flame. Add water (double the quantity of rice) And let it come to boil.
7. Add drained water and cook till done.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

                                                            Soyfit-Soya Paneer Palak

1       Soyfit Soya Paneer                     1 Packet 100gm
2       Butter                                          1 1/2 tbsp 15 gms
3       Milk                                               1/2 cup          125 ml
4       Methi Seeds, Jeera ,Haldi       1/2 tbsp each 2gms each
5       Chilli Powder Optional                1/2 tbs             2 gms
6       Sugar                                               1/2 tbs            2 gms
7       Spinach / palak Leaves             1 bunch 2 gms
8       Sugar                                               1/2 tbs 200 gms
9       Onion (Chopped Fine)          1 medium 50 gms
10       Ginger and Garlic Pest                  1 tbs             5 gms
11       Oil                                                  1 tbs 12 ml
12       Salt                                             To taste            To taste
   Method : 
1.Dice a packet of soyfit soya paneer into pieces of 1x1x 1/2 inch.
2.Heat Butter in non-stick pan. Spread paneer on heated pan. Saute for 5 minutes .Turn over the other side and do the same.
3.Take milk in narrow bowl of cup. Dissolve 1/2 tbsp salt. Marrinate sauted paneer.
4.Heat oil in same pan . When oil is hot add methi , jeera then onion. Add ginger /galic paste, haldi, chilli powder ,sugar ,salt.
5.Wash destemed Palak, grind leaves coarsely . Add to masal and cook for 10 minutes .Add milk paneer marinate. Cook till mixture boils, shut off the flame. Let paneer absobs the flavour.
6.Before serving take off cover and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.

                                                          Soyfit-Soya Dressing

2        Vinegar                         3 tbps 25 ml
3        Sugar                        1/2 tbs 18 gms
4        Muster Powder        1 level tbsp 3gms
5       Pepper (to taste)      1/2 tbs                    2 gms
6       Oil                                 1 cup 150 ml
7       Salt                             To taste To taste

   Method :
1.Crumble soyfit soya paneer . Put in mixie with dry grinding attachements. Add vinegar. Blend till smooth.
2.Add sugar ,salt ,mustarad, and pepper . Blend to make mixture homogenous . Add some water if required.
3.Add oil to mixture while blender is on. Variations can be made by substituting lime juice for vinegar or/and butter for oil or / and different seasonings like garlic for mustard. Oil quantity may be reduced if desired.

3        Ajwain                                     1/4 tbsp 1 gms
4        Chat Masala                                1 tbsp            10 gms
5        Corn flour                                 2 tbs  20 gms
6        Lemon Juice                        1/2 Lemon 8 ml
7       Ginger & Garlic paste                1 tbsp             10 gms
8       Garam Masala                             1/2 tbsp 2 gms
9       Salt                                             To taste           To taste

   Method :
1. Cut Soyfit soya paneer into square pieces.
2. Marinate the paneer with lemon juice, salt garam masala and leave for one hour.
3. Add curds, corn flour ,ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste.
4. Put on skewer and cook in Tandoor.
5. Remove from skewer ,sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

3       Tomato Puree                         1/2 Packet      300 ml
4        Kasoori Methi                            1 tbsp              5 gms
5        Cream                                 3 1/2 tbs             40 ml
6        Garam Masala                      1/2 Lemon              2 gm
7        Butter                                      4 tbsp             40 gms
8        Salt                                          To taste            To taste

   Method :
1. Cut off soyfit soya Paneer into cubes . Fry and put in hot water with salt.
2. Prepare Makhani sauce by heating butter in a pan. Add ginger /garlic paste and cook.
3. Add tomato puree and some water and boil on low heat .Add on salt and garam masala.
4. Drain water from the soaked paneer and add makhani sauce.
5. Add cream,stir and turn off flame.
6. Furnish with roasted powdered kasoori methi.

3         Sugar                                         6-8tbsp            80 gms
4        Vanilla Essence                        1/2 tbsp            2 gms
5       Green Cardamom(peel Crush)           3-4          1/2 gms
6      Almonds, Cashu Nuts(,Broken)         1 tbs                    5 gms
7         Resins                                         1 tbsp           4 gms
8         Salt                                               To taste          To taste

   Method :
1.Boil milk and reduce volume to half.
2. Addd grated Soyfit Soya Panner and green cardamom (Peeled and crushed.)
Also add sugar .Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
3.Cool add vanilla essence. Stir well.
4.Pour in serving dish. Garnish with almonds,cashew,raisins.
Referigerate before serving.
