VEGA PRESENTS SOYFIT - BHURJI / RUMBLE TUMBLE RECIPE ..!!

                                                       Soyfit-Bhurji / Rumble Tumble
    
Sr.No Ingredients                             Quantity       Quantity
1 Soyfit Soya Paneer                        1 Packet 200gm
2 Tomato                                       1 Medium 40 gms
3 Onion                                      1/2 Medium 25 gms
4 Corriander Leaves                       1/2 Cup 40 gms
5 Pudina Leaves                                1/2 cup       40 gms
6 Haldi Powder                                 1/2 tbs 3 gms
7 Finely Chopped Green Chilles 1-2 nos           1-2 nos
8 Chilli Powder (Optional)           1/4 tbs 1.5 gm
9 Curds or (1/2 Lemon)                    1 tbs 12 gm
10 Oil                                                    2 tbs 25 gm
11 Salt                                                To taste To taste
   Method : 
1. Heat oil in Pan .Add oninon and fry till soft.
2. Add tomoato ,haldi,chilli powder, salt ,green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Stirr for 2-3 min on low flame.
4. Add grated soyfit paneer. Mix well .Cover and heat on low flame for 5 min.
5. Remove lid .Raise flame . Add pudina leaves and curds.Stirr for 2-3 min and served.
